Michael Szymanski

Over 25 years of professional experience in business, financial, and program management; strategic planning; team building; and logistics management. Specialization in innovative technology-based program formulation including requirements analysis, cost estimating, procurement, and contract management. Experience with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Naval Research Laboratory, Office of Naval Research, Chief of Naval Operations (Submarine Warfare Directorate), Naval Sea Systems Command, and Program Executive Office (Tactical Aircraft).

Certified Acquisition Workforce Professional:  Level III Business, Cost, Estimating, and Financial Management.

Education:  MS, Finance, Naval Postgraduate School; BS, Accounting, University of Notre Dame; Program Management, Defense Acquisition University

Alan Schmidt

More than 25 years of professional experience as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer for military acquisition and intelligence applications. Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), DARPA, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Air Intelligence Center (NAIC), Aeronautical Systems Division (ASD), and National Security Agency (NSA). Seasoned performer in both international and interagency environments.

Certified Acquisition Workforce Professional: Level III Program Management.

Michael Hill

Over 30 years of professional experience and leadership in DoD Combined Aviation Operations and Global Network Operations (GNO), operating and defending the DoD's Global Information Grid.

Former Commander, 355th Operations Group, upgrading training of over 400 A-10 pilots. Commanded deployment of the Air Expeditionary Group to Masirah, Oman. Set up the Combined Air Operations Center; responsible for all A-10 combat operations. International experience as Deputy Director, NATO/Eurasia leading foreign military sales programs.

Steven James

More than 15 years of experience in DoD and private sector advanced technology research. Expertise in program management,
technology development and integration focused on space and aeronautical systems, UAV systems, offensive/defensive weapons and systems design, and related sectors. Leadership experience in research planning and execution, systems engineering, prototype acquisition, and demonstration/testing in support of several high-risk, high-payoff DARPA programs.

Former assignments include Lead Pilot, US Air Force Institute of Technology; Chief Project Manager and Lead Pilot on more than 250 Air Force missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom; and Aircraft Weapons Systems Specialist, Los Alamos National Laboratory.
